Today I am going to review Kagami Hiiragi Summer uniform ver from the anime/manga Lucky Star. This figure of Kagami is a non scale PVC figure from the manufactuer Atelier Sai. She is sculpted by Cherry Blossom. She was released on August, 2009.
I bought this figure from http://www.hlj.com/ back in December 2009. I'm a Kagami Hiiragi fan. She is my favorite character and I've been wanting a figure of her and saw this version. Even though this figure of Kagami is not that big, I still love it! The paint job is really well done and the details are very good as well. I love her twin tails. Her eyes are one of the reasons why I love her. Her pose is awesome the way she looks at you! Her facial expresion is so awesome! It makes you not want to mess with her or she'll beat you up lol.
I love Kagami in her Summer uniform more than in her Winter uniform. I prefer the blue skirt over the pink. Also the yellow bow is reallybright and very nice. Atelier Sai did a really nice job with the details on her. They even added detail to her pantsu! I was expecting her pantsu to be plain white. I did not expect blue striped pantsu!
In conclusion I really enjoy this figure of Kagami Hiiragi. I was really satisfied with this awesome PVC figure. If you love Kagami Hiiragi, Lucky Star, or girls with twin tails, get your hands on this amazing figure and add her to your collection!
The figure I am reviewing today is Kanata Izumi from the anime/manga Lucky Star. Kanata Izumi is Konata Izumi's mother who passed away while Konata was still a baby. She died from an illness. Both Kanata and Konata have big green eyes and long blue hair. Oh and they're both short.
In the anime Kanata appears in only one episode if I remember correctly as a ghost who came to visit her husband and Konata. It was a very funny and touching scene. I was amazed when I found out that Wave made a figure of Kanata since she only appeared in one episode. This PVC figure is a non scale figure. She was sculpted by Chizuru. She is 5.66 inches tall. She was released on July, 2009.
I was lucky enough to purchase this figure from AmiAmi last year on April, 2010. There was only one in stock and I did not think twice about it and ordered her. This was during AmiAmi's half off EMS shipping promotion so I saved some money!
For a small figure, Kanata is very nicely detailed. From her shiny, big green eyes to her hat with pink ribon and flower. Her dress is very nice as well. She is screwed onto her white base so there is no need to worry about her falling off. I love this figure so much. This Kanata Izumi figure is by far one of my favorite figures I own. I highly recomend getting this PVC figure especially if you are a Lucky Star fan like myself! She is just too Moe to pass up! Get her while you still can!!!
Hello! This is my first anime figure review/ The figure is Shana China Bikini Ver from the anime Shakugan no Shana. She is a 1/8 scale figure. She comes with a banana boat! ;) She is manufactured by Kotobukiya. She was released on 02/2008 and was re-released on 03/2010.

Alastor's detail is nicely done! \ This is a very nice figure overall. If you are a Shakugan no Shana fan or love girls in bikinis, I recomend getting this figure if she is still in stock. She might be very hard to find now though. This concludes my first figure review. I hope you enjoyed it and was not bored by it. Lt me know what you think! Also give me some adviceon how to improve!
